- 15 mlCrème de cassis
- 7.5 mlWhite crème de cacao
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dehydrated lime wheel slice.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN back into shaker.
- 5DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 6FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 7Garnish with lime wheel.
