Ingredients
- 45 mlBlanco tequila
- 7.5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 7.5 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 7.5 mlDry vermouth
- 45 mlBlood orange juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.
- 3SHAKE (or STIR) all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with orange slice wheel.
