Ingredients
- 1 fresh Passion fruit
- 20 mlChartreuse Yellow
- 20 mlOrange-red aperitivo
- 20 mlApple juice
- 10 mlMezcal
- 10 mlVanilla vodka
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Cut a passion fruit in half and scoop the flesh and seeds from each half into shaker.
- 3Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with passion fruit half floated on surface.
