- 45 mlScotch whisky
- 10 mlCherry brandy
- 10 mlWhite crème de cacao
- 15 mlDry vermouth
- 2 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS a lemon zest over each cocktail and use as garnish.
