- 30 mlAmaro (e.g. Montenegro)
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlOrange juice
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of float dehydrated lemon slice wheel.

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.

DRY SHAKE (without ice).

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
