- 22.5 mlAmaro (e.g. Meletti)
- 22.5 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 22.5 mlOrange juice
- 3 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest (grated).
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.
- 5CHURN to redistribute ice and top with more crushed ice to fill glass if necessary.
- 6Garnish by grating orange zest over the cocktail.
