- 22.5 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 22.5 mlOrange juice
- 3 dashOrange bitters

Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.

Prepare garnish of orange zest (grated).

SHAKE all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into glass filled with crushed ice.

CHURN to redistribute ice and top with more crushed ice to fill glass if necessary.

Garnish by grating orange zest over the cocktail.
