- 30 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 30 mlTonic water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 3POUR all ingredients into ice-filed glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 4Briefly STIR.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
