- 40 mlManzanilla sherry
- 10 mlMezcal
- 10 mlBlue curaçao liqueur
- 10 mlPineapple liqueur
- 10 mlGentian liqueur
- 10 mlBitter bianco liqueur
- 10 mlTonic water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR first 6 ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5TOP with tonic water.
- 6EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
