- 7.5 mlPeated malt whisky
- 22.5 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 7.5 mlWalnut liqueur
- 5 mlPedro Ximénez sherry
- 2 dashBarrel-aged bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist curled to resemble Nessie.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
