- 50 mlReposado tequila
- 20 mlVermouth alla vaniglia
- 15 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon and orange zests twists and coffee beans.
- 3RINSE glass with mezcal (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
- 4STIR other ingredients with ice.
- 5STRAIN into mezcal rinsed glass.
- 6Express lemon and orange zest twists over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- 7Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated on the surface to represent health, wealth and happiness.
