Ingredients
- 50 mlBourbon bonded-strength
- 15 mlAmaro (e.g. Averna)
- 7.5 mlAmaro (e.g. Ramazzotti)
- 7.5 mlStrega liqueur
- 2 dashCreole bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
