- 15 mlFino sherry
- 7.5 mlBanana liqueur
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 4 dropCardamom bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and skewer (preferably with a skull-topped pick) for garnish.
