Ingredients
- 60 mlAmaretto liqueur
- 7.5 mlRed bitter liqueur
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlOrange juice
- 2.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

Prepare garnish of aromatic bitters.

DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice) to emulsify.

SHAKE again with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish with 3 drops of aromatic bitters dropped in a line close to the rim of the glass and then connected using a cocktail pick.
