Ingredients
- 45 mlCardamom and ginger vodka
- 30 mlSwedish Punsch
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 6 dropGinger bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 5FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
