- 22.5 mlPineapple juice
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 15 mlOrgeat syrup
- 2 dashCreole bitters
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a DOUBLE OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry-charged fruit stick with mint sprigs bouquet.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN back into shaker.
- 5DRY SHAKE (without ice).
- 6FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
