- 22.5 mlCoconut rum liqueur
- 22.5 mlPineapple juice
- 15 mlAmaretto liqueur

Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of aromatic bitters.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with 3 drops of aromatic bitters drawn through foam head.
