Ingredients
- 45 mlScotch whisky
- 15 mlCynar/carciofo amaro
- 10 mlWalnut liqueur
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of walnut half.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with walnut half on rim or rested on ice.
