Ingredients
- 45 mlReposado tequila
- 15 mlMezcal
- 7.5 mlAgave syrup
- 4 dropCocoa bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist (flamed).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS flamed lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
