- 22.5 mlChinato (Barolo/Barbera/Grignolino)
- 1 dashChocolate bitters

- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare orange slice for garnish.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
