- 30 mlBlanco tequila
- 22.5 mlLime juice
- 22.5 mlHoney and water syrup
- 3 dashAromatic bitters
- 1 swath Grapefruit peel/zest
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
- 3REGAL SHAKE all ingredients (including grapefruit zest) with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with lime wedge on rim.
