- 45 mlBlanco tequila
- 15 mlMezcal
- 30 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 2.5 mlAbsinthe
- 2 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lime zest twist and skewered green olive (ideally on a skull-topped cocktail pick).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Express lime zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with skewered olive.
