- 15 mlVermouth alla vaniglia
- 15 mlAmbrato vermouth
- 10 mlAmaro (e.g. Nonino)
- 7.5 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 5 mlClementi Antico
- 5 mlChilled water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and 'obligatory cherries'.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish, along with skewered cherry.
