- 30 mlRed quinquina e.g. Dubonnet, Byrrh
- 5 mlOrange Curaçao
- 5 mlOrange juice
- 5 mlPineapple juice
- 2 dashAbsinthe
- 1 dashCreole bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare lemon zest twist, skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and pineapple wedge for garnish.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with a skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and pineapple wedge placed on the rim.
