- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 22.5 mlAmaro (e.g. Lucano)
- 15 mlWhite crème de cacao
- 2 dashBlack walnut bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of caramelised peacan.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Garnish with caramelised peacan.
