Ingredients
- 30 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 30 mlArmagnac brandy
- 15 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 10 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 10 mlOloroso sherry
- 2 dashCreole bitters
- 2 dashAromatic bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon and orange zest twists.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5Express lemon and orange zest twists over the cocktail and use as garnish.
