Ingredients
- 30 mlVodka
- 15 mlAmbrato vermouth
- 5 mlFino sherry
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a SHOT GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of Gorgonzola (or Roquefort) cheese stuffed large olive (well chilled).
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into chilled (preferably frozen) glass.
- 5Garnish with cheese stuffed olive.
