- 50 mlLight white rum
- 30 mlFino sherry
- 15 mlLime juice
- 15 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 2 dashCreole bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with charcoal powder (moisten outside edge with lime juice and dip into charcoal).
- 3Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
- 4SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled, rimmed glass.
- 6EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and discard.
