- 40 mlOrancio vino aperitif
- 30 mlGin
- 10 mlRosolio Bergamotto
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist along with 2 skewered green grapes and 1 red.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with skewered grapes.
