Ingredients
- 90 mlOrange juice
- 20 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 20 mlVodka
- 20 mlOrange Curaçao
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 30 mlWhipping cream
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.
- 3DRY BLEND (without ice) first 6 ingredients on slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan gum while continuing to blend.
- 4Add 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.
- 5POUR into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with orange slice on rim.
- 7Serve with a straw.
