Ingredients
- 90 mlOrange juice
- 20 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 20 mlVodka
- 20 mlOrange Curaçao
- 10 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 30 mlWhipping cream
- 1⁄4 barspoon Xanthan gum (E415)

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.

DRY BLEND (without ice) first 6 ingredients on slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan gum while continuing to blend.

Add 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.

POUR into chilled glass.

Garnish with orange slice on rim.

Serve with a straw.
