- 40 mlFino sherry
- 25 mlDry vermouth
- 10 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 10 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 10 mlPear and cognac liqueur
- 1 dashBoker's style bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of Lemon zest twist and green apple wedge.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with green apple wedge on rim.
