- 25 mlDry vermouth
- 10 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 10 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 10 mlPear and cognac liqueur
- 1 dashBoker's style bitters

Prepare garnish of Lemon zest twist and green apple wedge.

STIR all ingredients with ice.

FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
