- 30 mlCalvados apple brandy
- 20 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 20 mlRosso/sweet vermouth
- 5 mlBénédictine D.O.M.
- 2 dashCreole bitters
- 2 dashAromatic bitters

Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

Prepare coin-sized lemon zest twist for garnish.

STIR all ingredients with ice.

STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
