- 20 mlLychee liqueur
- 20 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 15 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist &/or skewered lychee.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- 6Optionally, garnish with skewered lychee.
