Ingredients
- 10 mlAbsinthe
- 60 mlVodka
- 22.5 mlSake
- 5 mlHoney and water syrup
Method
- 1POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass and top with water.
- 2Leave the mixture to stand in the glass.
- 3Separately, STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4Finally discard contents of absinthe-coated glass and fine strain contents of shaker into absinthe washed glass.
