  • 15 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
  • 7.5 mlAmerican single malt
  • 15 mlAmaro (e.g. Averna)
  • 7.5 mlOrange-red aperitivo

    Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and dehydrated orange slice wheel.

    STIR all ingredients with ice.

    STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

    EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.

    Garnish with dehydrated orange slice wheel.
