Ingredients
- 30 mlBourbon whiskey
- 15 mlRye whiskey 50% abv
- 7.5 mlAmerican single malt
- 15 mlAmaro (e.g. Averna)
- 7.5 mlOrange-red aperitivo
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and dehydrated orange slice wheel.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with dehydrated orange slice wheel.
