- 2.5 mlAbsinthe
- 45 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 2 barspoonOrange marmalade
- 15 mlAromatized wine
- 15 mlPink grapefruit juice
- 15 mlLemon juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of grapefruit zest twist.
- 3RINSE chilled glass with absinthe, discard excess and set aside.
- 4STIR marmalade with rum in base of shaker until marmalade is dissolved.
- 5Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 6FINE STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.
- 7EXPRESS grapefruit zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
