- 3 wedge Pineapple (fresh)
- 45 mlAged rum (6-10yr)
- 10 mlChartreuse Green
- 10 mlWhite crème de cacao
- 10 mlPineapple juice
- 15 mlLime juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge or edible flower.
- 3MUDDLE pineapple in base of shaker.
- 4Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6Garnish with with pineapple wedge on rim or float edible flower.
