Ingredients
- 45 mlNavy rum (ideally 54.5% alc./vol.)
- 90 mlPineapple juice
- 22.5 mlOrange juice
- 15 mlCream of coconut
- 4 dropDaiquiri bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a TIKI MUG OR COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of dust with freshly grated nutmeg. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
