- 7.5 mlPeach schnapps
- 30 mlCrème de violette
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 7.5 mlSugar syrup (2:1)
- 1 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
- 6Ideally serve with Parma Violet sweets on the side.
