Ingredients
- 15 mlCelery juice
- 60 mlLight white rum
- 20 mlBianco/blanco vermouth
- 10 mlFino sherry
- 5 mlElderflower liqueur
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of short pale yellow stalk and leaf from celery heart.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with celery stalk.
