- 7.5 mlLemon juice
- 2 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and apricot wedge.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with apricot wedge or dried apricot half on rim.
