  • 2 fresh Passion fruit
  • 60 mlGin
  • 45 mlLemon juice
  • 15 mlPassion fruit syrup
  • Top up with Soda (club soda) water
Method

    Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.

    Wash and cut a fresh passion fruit in half. SCOOP out the seeds and flesh of both halves into your shaker.

    Add next 3 ingredients and SHAKE with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

    TOP with soda and briefly stir.
  7. 7
    Garnish with lemon slice wheel.
