Ingredients
- 12 fresh Mint leaves
- 50 mlLight gold rum 1-3yo
- 15 mlPassionfruit liqueur
- 15 mlLime juice
- 10 mlPassion fruit syrup
- 15 mlSoda (club soda) water
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of mint sprigs and spoon of fresh passion fruit flesh and seeds.
- 3ADD first 5 ingredients to chilled glass and two-thirds fill with crushed ice.
- 4CHURN (stir) with barspoon and then FILL glass with more crushed ice.
- 5TOP with soda and briefly stir.
- 6Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet and spoon of fresh passion fruit flesh and seeds.
- 7Serve with a straw.
