- 30 mlFino sherry
- 10 mlMaraschino liqueur
- 10 mlAngostura di Amaro
- 2 dashOrange bitters
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and blue cheese-stuffed skewered green olive.
- 3STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 5EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6Garnish with blue cheese stuffed olive.
