  • 60 mlGin
  • 15 mlGentian liqueur
  • 15 mlDry vermouth
  • 15 mlTriple sec
  • 10 mlHoney and water syrup

    Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (flamed).

    RINSE chilled glass with absinthe, discard excess and set aside.

    STIR other ingredients with ice.

    STRAIN into absinthe-rinsed glass.

    EXPRESS flamed lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.
