- 6 dropSaline solution 4:1
- 130 mlWhite peach and jasmine soda
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of skewered peach wedge and spray with peated whisky mist.
- 3POUR all ingredients into ice-filled glass.
- 4Briefly STIR.
