Ingredients
- 60 mlBourbon whiskey
- 22.5 mlLemon juice
- 10 mlPeach schnapps
- 7.5 mlPeach brandy
- 7.5 mlPeach syrup
- 15 mlEgg white (pasteurised)
- 6 dropLavender bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a SOUR OR MARTINI/COUPETTE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and peach wedge.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 7Garnish with peach wedge on rim.
