  • 45 mlViognier white wine
  • 30 mlPear and cognac liqueur
  • 30 mlSoda (club soda) water

    Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.

    Prepare garnish of pear wedge..

    MUDDLE cardamom pods in base of stirring glass.

    Add wine and liqueur and stir with ice.

    FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. 6
    TOP with soda and briefly stir.
  7. 7
    Garnish with pear wedge on rim.
