- 30 mlPear and cognac liqueur
- 15 mlPoire William
- 15 mlCognac (brandy)
- 10 mlLimoncello liqueur
- 22.5 mlPear juice
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pear wedge &/or pear drop hard candy.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with pear wedge on rim &/or serve with pear drop hard candy.
