- 22.5 mlPear and cognac liqueur
- 30 mlApple juice
- 10 mlLime juice
- 5 mlVanilla sugar syrup
- 3 dropVanilla bitters
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2Prepare garnish of pear wedge.
- 3SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5Garnish with pear wedge on rim.
