Ingredients
- 45 mlCognac (brandy)
- 25 mlPear and cognac liqueur
- 15 mlLemon juice
- 3 dropSaline solution 4:1
Method
- 1Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
- 2RIM glass with sugar (moisten the outside edge with orange juice and dip into sugar).
- 3Prepare garnish of orange zest twist.
- 4SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 5FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 6EXPRESS orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
